The Portuguese international, 38, has 20 goals in his 18 league appearances for Al-Nassr this season.

He has 24 goals and 11 assists in his 25 appearances in all competitions.

But the forward has shown that the break is no excuse not to keep working hard.

He posted a video using rope attachments in the gym which showed him working his back out.

The intense workout video was set to Deja Vu by Luis Santana and Ana Castela,

He finished off with a snap of him in the process of doing some bicep curls whilst topless and barefoot in just a pair of shorts.

Despite now being in his late 30s, the forward looks just as muscular as he did during his prime.

It’s been just over a year now since Ronaldo made the switch to the Saudi League.
