Belgium will go to the Euros this summer with several players playing in Ligue 1. A Belgian international could also join the league.

Ligue 1 has seen a great many Belgian talents pass through its ranks in recent years. These include, but are not limited to, Arthur Theate, Lois Openda and Jérémy Doku.

Olympique Lyonnais has a Belgian contingent, with the Red Devil Orel Mangala and the young Malick Fofana in their ranks.

A third Belgian could also join Lyon this summer, according to information from Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri for Sport.fr: Mandela Keita.

The Antwerp midfielder, who has one cap for Belgium and was called up for the friendly preparations by Domenico Tedesco, is said to be closely followed by Lyon’s management.

Antwerp is open to the departure of the 22-year-old player but it would take €20 million to sign him. There has been no contact between the two clubs yet. Other Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are also said to be interested.
