RWDM player Ernest Nuamah set to join AS Roma for €25 million

Ernest Nuamah to AS Roma?

RWDM still hold the record for the most expensive incoming transfer in Belgian football. This is for Ernest Nuamah, who was signed from Nordsjaelland for €25 million. However, the winger has not played a single minute for the Brussels club.

A strong season at Lyon

Nuamah was immediately loaned to Olympique Lyonnais, another Textor club. He played 39 matches for them and scored seven goals and provided three assists, a decent return. This also attracted the attention of AS Roma, through intermediaries.
