Belgium: Trossard’s father slams Tedesco in scathing statement

After starting on the wing and then being benched for Belgium, Leandro Trossard is struggling to make an impact for the Red Devils. The 29-year-old attacker was below par against Slovakia, which cost him his place in the second match against Romania. According to his father, he is not the only one to blame for this dip in form. Coach Domenico Tedesco is also responsible for this situation.

“Leandro is being criticized, but he’s being moved from one position to another, that’s not how you get consistency (…) Tedesco is not a good coach for Belgium, even if he’s less rigid than Martinez,” the Arsenal attacker’s father told Zeno, before the match against Romania.
