Zeno Debast has left RSC Anderlecht for €15.5 million. Sporting Portugal could also pay bonuses of up to €5.5 million and will have to pay a percentage of the capital gain in the event of a resale.
The transfer of Zeno Debast (20) was made official by RSC Anderlecht and Sporting Portugal on Thursday, and the amounts were made public by the Portuguese Securities Commission (CMVM).
It reads what is already known: Debast has brought in €15.5 million for RSCA, with €5.5 million in bonuses linked to “individual and collective objectives”. Anderlecht could therefore receive a total of €21 million for this transfer.
But the document published by the CMVM also reveals an interesting detail: the resale percentage negotiated by RSC Anderlecht. The Brussels club will in fact receive 15% of the capital gain in the event of a future resale of Zeno Debast.
The release clause of the new Sporting Portugal player is also confirmed: it is set at €80 million. Such an amount would be the record outgoing transfer for the Lisbon club, a record currently held by Bruno Fernandes (€65 million to Manchester United).
