False alarm for Johan Bakayoko: it turns out he is not injured after all, contrary to earlier fears.
Johan Bakayoko was substituted due to injury during the match between Heracles and PSV (1-3), which worried all Belgian fans.
Fortunately, according to Rik Elfrink, PSV follower for the Eindhovens Dagblad, the Red Devil is completely fine.
There was particular concern among the Red Devils fans, as Belgium is about to start the Nations League. Indeed, Domenico Tedesco will be unveiling his squad list in less than two weeks, and Bakayoko should be included for the two matches scheduled for early September (Israel on the 6th and France on the 9th).
The 21-year-old talent should therefore be present against Almere in the Eredivisie next week, in order to continue his superb goal-scoring streak at the start of the league.
